My essay is inspired by the 12th unit of the Headway Advanced especially by the text concerning the experiences of people having come back from death. This article made other unbelievable, for example paranormal phenomena come to my mind. But I'm interested not in the phenomena themselves rather in the reaction and the opinion of the people.
All the world has been operating basing upon the theories of Newton, Einstein, thus on classic physical rules. We've been used to this way of thinking and living. Most of the people say: "We've achieved all that's possible. Everything is explainable scientifically."
This is a very self important aspect which has seemed quite steady for a long time. But this steadiness is becoming weaker and weaker disturbed by increasing mysteries. People curving spoons, other ones healing with inner energies, the life after death attracted our attention seriously only in the last few years. They take more and more part in our life. There have always been miracles but because of the enormous influence of the church and the generally low educational standard these have been considered acts of god or satan, just like other average happenings as well. This way people found explanations easily. By nowadays the situation has already changed. We have the desire of total knowledge therefore we try to catch more information and to reach the reasons of everything. The scientists want to satisfy us staying strictly between the borders of conservative science. For example, in connection with the life after death, I've read an opinion: that famous voyage in the dark tunnel with the light at the end is not the travel to "Heaven". In the minutes of our death we briefly recall our life. And the voyage in the dark tunnel is the record of our birth. If we think about it a little it may be true.
The other type of scientists' and common people's behaviour is that they declare automatically cheater sand delusives all the ones owning paranormal abilities.
According to me the problem is not the belief but the wanting of belief. Sometimes people are stubborn not by conviction, they just aren't opened enough to accept irregular things.
As conclusion: i put the word "yet" in the title because i hope that people will be brave enough to dare believe in these things that still are misteries.
